FAQ

Yes we always require a lease. Our leases always end on July 30 and usually start August 1st. We sometimes have sublets available during the school year and often in January or May, but always ending July 30th
No we do not allow pets. Dogs or Cats are never permitted under any circumstances.
Yes we have off street parking available in most cases. The parking is reserved for our tenants vehicles and we count on some tenants not having a car due to our proximity to the U on A. Guest parking is not permitted and visitors must park in the street. Some of our properties have City of Tucson reserved parking on the street in front of our units. This means that only our tenants can park there during the day when students tend to flood the area and park everywhere. A permit is required to be purchased for a nominal fee from the City. At night and on weekends any one can park on the street without a permit.

THE GUEST PASS IS FOR GUESTS WHO ARE ON THE PROPERTY. It can not be used by a friend who wishes to walk to class and park at your apartment.
There are many ways to let us know you need service in your apartment or house. You can call for text or voice 520-539-8118 (first) or 520-624-3080 and leave a message if we are not there.. You can send us an email Rentals@UofAhousing.com . You can write a note and put it through the mail slot next to the office door. YOU MUST ALWAYS INCLUDE YOUR ADDRESS AND GIVE US PERMISSION TO ENTER!
The nearest grocery store is Frys at 555 E. Grant Road (Grant and First), about 12 blocks away (approx 1 mile). We also have a very new Albertsons at 2854 N. Campbell Avenue (Campbell and Glenn) about 21 blocks (approx 1.6 miles).

Where is the nearest Pharmacy....Some people believe there is a Walgreens on every corner, but the truth is there are two of them close to us at 730 E. Grant Road about 10 blocks (less than 1 mile) and another one at 3180 N. Campbell about 23 blocks. The nearest pharmacy is CVS at 865 E. Grant Road about 9 blocks away. There is a pharmacy in almost all the grocery stores also.

We have several fine banks and credit unions to chose from: The closest is Vantage West at 801 E. Speedway Blvd. Wells Fargo is at 1701 E. Speedway Blvd and 2825 N. Campbell. Chase Bank is at 947 N. Park Ave and 2465 N. Campbell. Bank of America (our bank) is at 2885 N. Campbell. and 902 N. Stone.

Al's Ace Hardware is at 2884 N. Campbell Avenue.
Wal-Mart is at 455 E. Wetmore Road, Target is at 4040 N. Oracle Road.

Our office was relocated from our home to the present address at 1221 E. Adams Street #G in 1984.
The business was started by Chris and Sandra Maglione in 1976. In 1983 Dan Maglione (Chris' brother) joined the team until 1994 when he went on to start his own business in the Video field. At that time Sandra's sister Lisa joined our group and has been our office manager ever since.
