· How long have you been in business? We have been managing rental property since 1976 Top
· Have you always been in the same location? Our office was relocated from our home to the present address at 1221 E. Adams Street #G in 1984. Top
· Why do you call it a family owned and operated business? The business was started by Chris and Sandra Maglione in 1976. In 1983 Dan Maglione (Chris' brother) joined the team until 1994 when he went on to start his own business in the Video field. At that time Sandra's sister Lisa joined our group and has been our office manager ever since. Top
